I love the way she debuted it, just casually out for a walk in a dress that blows bubbles acting like it's something she just grabbed real quick from out of her hamper. The dress would have been iconic if she had premiered it at a major event. Now barely anybody outside the fanbase remembers it, and if she reuses it again, people are gonna tear her down for running out of ideas.
