Arturo 40,746
Yeah so CMA DID take place last week Applause was at 1,685,000 last week and chart news tweeted 1,690,000 this week.
craig 680
Canadian Hot 100 still uses old formula and is now useless for US-Canada comparisons. No streaming included, and it appears Applause was hit by CMA deduction. It's 29, despite being much higher on Canadian itunes and radio.http://www.billboard.com/charts/canadian-hot-100?page=

Disco Heaven 46
At least now if she sells +300k it will seem like a victory for the fanbase. It would be awesome. People will be like "Told ya she's capable of seeling 300k in the US the first week! Yaaaaas Gaga slaaaaay!!!" I mean, one second 300k predictions was the floppiest we could imagine, then suddenly it's everything we need to keep the sanity in the fanbase. asongforxx 0
Guys let's not forget that Gaga isn't one of those big pop stars like Katy Perry and Rihanna, she is an indie artist and yet her sales are awesome! Just look at her competition like Marina and the Diamonds and Bjork, she's outselling them so easily!

AgusPop 4,141
if HDD predicts based on digital numbers im sure they are way below and just play safe with gagas numbers. because she must sell double the physical cds katy can. and the amazon discount? i just think its gonna be alot more. How many physical cd did Katy sell the first week?
craig 680
The lesson may be just that record sales are continuing to be destroyed by downloading and streaming. Those doing a better better may just have an older or more country audience.Britney being reduced from 12,5 to 3 million US albums from her debut to her fourth represented a huge loss of income. Gaga and Katy could lose 1/3 of album sales from last era, and it would be well short of a million. More about stan bragging rights now.

craig 680
LOVING THE MELTDOWNS. KARMA IS A BITCH, ISN'T IT? Then Britney has more of a karmic debt than anyone except Madonna. Bullying Xtina for years before Gaga hit the scene, hating on Gaga when most LM loved Britney, etc.
Mariano 958
That's amazing tbh  I know that this is great tbh But why did this happen ? Is It because DOPE was going to go top 5 ? I mean this didn't happen neither to Eminem nor Drake nor Katy nor Miley... their CMA effect was the week of the album release ... and Dope with 140-150k sales god knows how higher It would've charted considering It's at number 8 with 30k sales and streaming ...
