It already selling so well puts it in danger of not reaching its full potential when/if it's released as a future single. It's showing no signs of falling so it could be well past the 1 million mark once it's actually released, possibly nearing 2 million. Promo singles are great until the public likes one of them more than the actual second single Right you are. A song like Roar does that better and Unconditionally should be great at that (eventhough Unconditionally is quite a boring ballad about something too relatable ). All speaking from personal experience . But really, Unconditionally is a better single choice. You all just overestimated Katy's power after Roar, a hyped lead single after the immensely popular Wide Awake, The One That Got Away and Firework that had a big radio deal, promo everywhere on the Internet and huge hype because she'd compete with Gaga. The thing is, though, that ballads don't sell albums. Good ballads sell albums. We'll have to wait and see what people's opinion of Unconditionally is. I've heard almost every SNL host does Jimmy Fallon the Thursday prior. She's probably announce some stuff for Monday.GMA? The musical guests are booked for Fallon next week, but it seems like there's a couple guest slots open still (Wednesday and Friday specifically) she could fill. But she has never gone on Fallon. I think it's the only latenight show she hasn't been on. Fallon has made fun of her a lot in the past, so maybe she has some vendetta against him. I'd rather her not do GMA again.
