Gaga can take criticism. How many times do you think she's been rejected when she was working her way to the top? There's no way that she got where she is today without being treated pretty harshly, but she bounced back. She was dropped from her label, and she never gave up. On the Monster Ball DVD, she talks about being told that she was "too ethnic, or too theatre."

The problem is not necessarily criticism itself, but the barrage of hate sent her way, and the amount of pure disrespect and intolerance she has to endure. That's not criticism, it's cruelty.

Been on the internet lately? Apart from GGD?

Because GGD and Lady Gaga take soooo much part of my life :awkney:

I need receipts of people hating on her. Calling her a flop is hardly hating on her. Sorry, but she's not gonna change and revolutionize a platform of news based off gossip, which has been establish for centuries now. I don't even know why she's even bothering trying to change the critics. Online kindness is nice, but she's not gonna stop people from trash talking her.

I know, it's hard to believe she posted something this embarassing :awkney:

lol no shade, but what's embarrassing is people's reading comprehension. This isn't a justification for her to be absolved of criticism. All she's trying to say is that at least within her fanbase, people should stop having meltdowns and just enjoy the music. All she's saying is she doesn't understand most criticism. How can one disagree with this knowing she operates in terms of art while most critiques are from a commercial pop perspective?

If you don't understand why that Gaga post is embarassing and illogical, then I have no words for you :awkney:

Who cares if Donatella is better than Anjulie's song and that Zedd didn't break any copyright laws by recycling one of his own productions? The fact remains that he should've created new material for Gaga (well, there's G.U.Y., but still), and I'm surprised she let this happen. I want Zedd out of the picture for the next album tbh.
