Sign out. Quit iTunes. Open iTunes. Go to Venus or ARTPOP. It should show as available purchase. :) Edit: I believe you will get charged twice for the song, eventually, though. Unless you cancel your pre-order before ARTPOP comes out, and just do a "complete my album" when it comes out.
