She probably planned Applause intro + Venus and then DWUW came and she had to change everything.. And it wasn't bad AT ALL...It was a really amusing Gaga performance! Gaga doesn't need all that **** around her, she just needs herself. This. I like when she dresses up too, but this showed what she could do with less props.
