Are you serious? Taylor, Justin, and Katy have all released singles this week and none have knocked Gaga out of #1 yet. Pre-orders are done now, if it was just relying on that, it would have dropped yesterday night.The GP is loving this song rn. Since this is an official single now, it means they're gonna give it promo.
