I like her vocals better on the DVD, even though she sounds pretty nasal. The Lollapalooza vocals are rather hoarse and rough, I don't like them. But nothing beats her vocals on the Uniondale bootleg. They are perfect :legend:

It's hard to light a candle, easy to curse the dark instead.

I like them both for different reasons. The Lolla vocal is edgier and I would love to hear a full professional audio of Lolla, but, I love the DVD because the vocals are really well-rounded (nice combo of clean + grit) and the DVD performance as a whole is just really special and, imo, a landmark moment in her career. So, if I HAD to pick one over the other, I'd pick DVD, but, I still love Lolla.

we have NOTHING professionally recorded of the live highlights of the btwb: "government hooker", "bloody mary", "scheisse"  :cry:

I just kind of wish she would have released the soundboard audio from one of the shows she enjoyed the most. that way we would have at least got professional audio from the BTWB

i like them both, just cant decide.  but i dont like how she announces the fame monster on the dvd, it doesnt fit the theme. shes supposed to be scared, not turned on
