There is a big why, because while Kanye is at 4 on streaming songs, Pour it up is very close at 6. Kanye is not on top 1500 on Itunes, while Pour it up is in top 300. And Kanye is on Hot 100 on 18, while Pour it up is nowhere to be find. The only reason is what I said before, but even that isnt too convincing. But I guess they want to see some reactions to that video so they could release the whole song on iTunes...
