It's pretty clear that the only reason we got the lyric video was to promote Machete Kills. I doubt they had any plans to release it to iTunes. Who am I kidding? I cant wait to see her on the big screan, even if the movie isnt that good, according to critics. I don't think she knows what to do next. Yeah, but those were like 2 weeks after the album had been up for pre-order, so it was already sort-of high anyways. ARTPOP's been available for pre-order for nearly two months now. Katy and Gaga's albums were charting about the same place in the US before Katy started her promo singles, which is what started pushing her album pre-orders up again. Thats true, but I would expect ARTPOP to move up at least somewhat. Its too soon yet, people won't find out about the tracklist till tomorrow. ARTPOP was at 50 and Prism was at 40 when its promo singles started. That pushed it up near the top 10. Promo songs and singles do more than a cover and a tracklist that's for sure.
