They clearly dont want those sales How does it work with the new streaming rules- if people listen to the YouTube audio over and over instead of buying the song once, does it help her chart position more? Therefor, Uncon. wont have the pre-orders effect which means it will have to climb on its own to #1. Considering it took 9 hours for Roar to reach top 10 on iTunes, there is a pretty good chance DWUW will stay at #1. 2. Bieber's last two songs fell after less than 24 hours, so there is a chance he may not reach #1. 3.
