Born This Way was absolutely massive over there, it's one of the most successful western albums in that country in recent years. It went triple platinum and sold 750,000 copies there, which is usually unheard of for Western artists. I think it's rising because of the ARTPOP stuff. Katy's Teenage Dream is at #23 there while PRISM is at #55, so I think it's normal there for past albums to chart higher than pre-order albums. Shes gonna promote in London anyway. Im not worried about the UK. Thats a promo-based market. Idk about Australia. American stars dont really promote there.
