They put Belgium - which almost always gives 12 points to the Netherlands - as one of the last countries to give points. This probably means that the Netherlands will be #3~#5 most of the time, but when the last ~5 countries come, they'll jump to #2 or even #1. Then the last two countries - pretty neutral towards West-Europe - will decide whether it's Austria, the Netherlands, Sweden or Armenia that takes #1. The last two countries will probably give a lot of points to Armenia and some to Sweden, and in the end Sweden probably wins. Top 5: 1. Sweden 2. The Netherlands 3. Austria 4. Usually eastern european countries give points to each other. Northern Europe does the same now too.
