Gaga's main issue is that she's caught between pop fans, and the people who expect a much higher calibre of music from her than what's dominating the charts. It's hard to please both. But I think she succeeded in doing that with Applause ;) Some people here think it's generic, others think it's brilliant. Some of the GP think it's generic, others think it's higher calibre pop music. And I'm pretty sure those are the reactions she was aiming for. Can't please everyone, but she seems to be pleasing the masses, and that's what matters. Like I said before, Magoo predicted Applause would sell 170,000. This was before the stream of green updates. I wonder what his predictions changed to. If Katy is poised to sell 420k, that would still put Applause at about 170-180k. I'm curious to see Magoo's calculations though. Eminem got a light green update, but his ratio only increased a bit more than Gaga's. Gaga improved her ratio between WMU, but just barely 492 -> 482. Socialblade must be messy to keep up with these goats paying for views socialblade cuts and puts views left to right. they always fix those mistakes by the end of the month. that's all, think whatever you want but don't take this more offtopic. ......
