The video + VMAs already makes Applause bigger to me than that borefest that was S&T. But yeah I agree, I'm sure Applause is paving the way for ARTPOP. Like Just Dance did for Poker Face. Much more focus on charts, radio, etc. Maybe you were the instigator all this time! :P Just kidding So glad to see Applause keeping a good pace. Already bigger than S&T ? Sis, I would be really happy if Applause came close to S&T's success! Almost 2.8m copies sold in the US, won 2 VMA awards, still being played on the radio and in the iTunes top 100. Hopefully, Kia commercial will help the song.
