I dont think the itunes festival in the UK will have an impact in the US. I might be wrong tho. I think it will have an impact on fans / deserters, if that makes any sense. Applause failed to hit number 1 and even though it's a hit I'm sure they know it isn't strong enough to guarantee good album sales. They need to release something that is a little better. Of course I love the song but it's safe to assume its going to perform not nearly as good as 80% of her prior singles 12 past singles. Should easily top Judas, Yuyi, and MTN. They are fairly typical for pop songs at night, not to mention the competition from Eminem right now. It's remaining fairly stable compared to most of the other songs around it. Yea I want the next single to hit home with everyone. like how poker face outshined just dance.
