I think its a collage and a statue, made by Jeff Koons. The Jeff Koons part is the only thing I think were sure about. It's not te same, Harlem Shake had like 10000 videos playing 30 secs of the song, some of this videos had alot of views. With all these new songs coming and going that's all we should be asking for really. With it's airplay it should be out of the Top 20, but it isn't. So it's a hit in my book.
