I just heard how Sex Dreams sounds in studio version and the production is soo fresh and so captivating .. I am really disappointed not because I don't like Applause, but because they can't keep making these mistakes with their biggest star.. You must be deaf not to hear that Sex Dreams for example sounds way better than Applause.. It's just more fresh and modern.. It'd have really fit the radio and at the same time bring so much uniqueness there.. I know that Sex is kinda controversial but I believe It'd have done better than Applause If released as a lead.. And I really love Applause and I appreciate It but It's not the right lead single in my opinion . I don't agree tbh. From all the songs she performed Applause is the ideal lead single. A lead single after BTW era can't be something risky becuase Gaga needed to reintroduce herself to the public. The lead single isn't always the most important single and isn't always the best.
