At least Applause have stayed in itunes top 5 for almost a week already. It only means that the casual fans arent now the only ones that are buying the song but also the GP.

It will really grow a lot. Hope they wont release the 2nd single yet and let this song grow.

Two days ago it catapulted to #3 for no real reason it seemed.

 

So I guess it gained +6 but lost ground. 

 

The iTunes festival will give Gaga a +2 or so boost on Aus iTunes and then the song is dead (that seems the last of the big international promo, and it seems as if there'll be no specific Aus promo). Tomorrow we get the latest Aria chart update since before the VMA's (it gained +8 with the MV so it'll gain tonnes!) then we've got next week before it's goodbye. However, unfortunately the only official Australian chart is based solely on sales though so we won't get a surprise Top 3 I don't think if we haven't seen it on iTunes.

I know some of u guys already want the next single only because of its underwhelming AI on pop.

Can someone tell me how to check how much streams Applause got on Spotify? Monsters on ATRL are saying almost 6m, which is great, but I dont believe it until I see it.

If every artist had to jump to the next single just because radio isn't picking his song then Miley should have been already on her 4th signle   I think Applause's chart run will be very similar to WCS's one if Katy and Eminem didn't happen to release the charts would have look like this, 1 Robin 2 Gaga just like before with Miley but here the good thing is that BL and App are selling almost the same amount of copies where the gap btw BL and WCS was more than 50% through most of the times
