LOL I don't care if someone bashes me, but just like a million of ya'll are stating your opinions I'm gonna state mine. She looks really bad, and I don't like this as the ARTPOP look even though I doubt it's 'the' look.

However she can do whatever she likes, no one's gonna stop her. But a lot of you are acting like she's made of glass and that just because some of us don't like this look she's gonna go cry herself to sleep. Do we really have to worship this just because she hasn't posted in a long time? I almost fell off my chair at how flawless that ARTPOP promo pic was when it was released, but I'm not kissing her ass over every step she takes.

Still love her and can't wait to so what she has in store for us.

I absolutely love this!! I see it as being about presenting herself as her, as "being her" as opposed to "being the way someone else has defined her" or wants to define her. This is what her Mum meant too in her message. The ARTPOP journey has been a healing journey, re-assessing the past and its painful moments with it to come to terms with it and bounce back stronger and ready to fight and share the music, the product of such process.

It very much sounds like the freedom to be herself (and look like herself) was taken away from her when the label/management imposed a specific image, blond hair back in the early days, etc..It's like they didn't think that she could "be" but could only "become" if she added all those extra things. The truth as we all know it is that she always was. All those extra things that others imposed to define her are now well redundant. It's been proven that those things do not define her, she already "is". Where before they would only let her show us what she is made of through a colored lens, now she'll show us what she's made of just as she is.That NY Post article last week as well as the thousands of interviews in which she addressed this suggest it.

In the caption she is reflecting on her life, how she felt some of the life events she has been through over the years had metaphorically "destroyed" her inside. But as she a--lyzed her life and those moments, she found that the one thing that never failed to beat alive and strong was her raw passion, I'm guessing a passion for life, art, music, a pure passion for all the things that make one person themselves and excited to take on life.So this is about finding herself again by coming to terms with the past. Going back to dark brown/black hair is a reflection of reconciling with the past, healing old wounds so she can be the strongest she can be in the present. She had been told for so long dark hair would never work, but now those definitions no longer apply.

Taking the single from her bleeding hands is most likely a reference to having worked hard through the journey and suffered a lot. They are still bleeding because she's only just finished healing and she's now ready to fight and ready for the music to start. It's like the single's fresh out of the creative process.

ARTPOP is the healing process. The music is the soundtrack to this process, it documents the process, the creative process as a healing journey. Since the music is the product of this process, it's going to be a celebration, of healing, the triumph of reconciling with the past, a celebration of life, of her life through Art and Music.

Only my two messy cents, it's just how I read her post on LM this morning!

Enough is enough with everyone constantly posting "she looks sick" "she looks tired". Since when has everyone on here become a doctor? It's all about the make-up people! A person with and without make-up is like night and day. CHILL. Also, just a reminder that Gaga was resting for months and months after her operation. If anything she's more rejuvenated than ever now.  :classy:

She still looks great consoidering she has no makeup on and bleached brows and its an unflattering angle. I wish her hair matched her brows but im guessing shes keeping them light so when she wears blonde they wont look too strong and when she has darker hair shel just draw them on
