I'm still a bit sceptical about this as it doesn't mention the date or any other details. The way it's written - as a one liner - kind of implies to me that they're just adding any relevant info they can find as filler. Until it's confirmed by Apple/iTunes, I would just assume that everyone is getting their info from The Sun. The reason for filler could be that they even acknowledge earlier in the article that there's not much to say about ARTPOP so far

Why would she perform the BTWB when promoting ARTPOP? The castle would never fit either, I'm not sure you understand how small this venue is guys. It isn't Madison Square Garden or The O2 Arena by any means.

I might be living in London by the time she does this, maybe I can go and meet some other fans even it I don't win tickets :excited2:

No, not the BTWB. Her and her team have most likely had the iTunes Festival planned out for some time now, and since the headlining artist of the first night hasn't been revealed yet I can only imagine she has dreamed up a pretty extravagant performance to prepare everyone for what's yet to come.
