In UK, Pink is only beating Taylor 704k to 401k as of mid-year 2013. But Funhouse sold almost 1.2 million there.

That barely puts a dent in Taylor's lead of a couple million sales from US.

I'm going to be pissed if everyone copies Gagas app idea or does it first. Granted, Bjork was the original pioneer for it.

1. No she (Björk) wasn't

2. Gaga has already said she wants other artists to follow her so it's not a bad thing if other artists release their music via app. That's how she sees it as the future of music, like MP3 albums a decade ago.

Week one - obviously big sales

Week two - hopefully still around 200k

Week three - Black Friday

Then December, when everyone starts rushing for last minute Christmas gifts.

Bitches ain't ready. If Gaga executes this properly, she could potentially sell 1.2 million albums or more by the end of 2013.

Interscope ****ing knows what the **** they're doing this time around. They've learned their lesson with the BTW mishaps and they're coming for blood. November 11 could possibly be the best date on the entire calendar they could've chosen to release the album, for exactly the reason Cherry said (big first week sales continuing into Black Friday and the holiday season). And releasing the lead single simultaneously with a VMA comeback performance is brilliant.

I can just feel it. This is going to be a huge era. I can't wait.

Interscope knew what they were doing with Born This Way too; the only problem was that they made a terrible mistake with the second single.

Hence, they didn't know what they were doing. lol. BTW era was a mess, let's face it. But I feel so many better things coming for the ARTPOP era. Just look at how the holiday season helped TF/TFM sales. It's clear they want that to happen again.

Week one - The best selling digital song of all time

Week two - hopefully still around 3M

Week three - Black Friday 3 more millions

Then December, when everyone starts rushing for last minute Christmas gifts.

Bitches ain't ready. If Gaga executes this properly, she could potentially sell 10 million albums or more by the end of 2013.

Hence, they didn't know what they were doing.

No because everything else was set up almost perfectly. Debuting the lead single at the Grammys, booking her on SNL with a host (Timberlake) that people were definitely going to tune in for, I could go on and on and on. Regardless what you think about the BTW era, with the exception of "Judas" as the 2nd single, the pre-album promotion was amazing.
