I say this as a confident make-up artist but maybe because I'm just jealous But no really, it was very clear during the summer of 2012, Tara is honestly not good at what she does & I think she only has that job because she's friends with Gaga at this point. The Fame era makeup was not childish. It was very s-xy and even had some sophisticated looks. You are talking about Billy B, yes he did great makeup for Gagas events in 2010.
