In Paparazzi/Telephone she plays herself. A famous celebrity who gets pushed off a balcony, goes on a murder rampage, etc. This is a separate character. She even has different tattoos. Yes, she'll be fabulous, but the movie is already just the worst... Have yo ever heard of "trash-movie" genre? Like Planet-Terror and GrindHouse?
