What makes you so upset too ? You do feel the need to reply to every single negative opinion on her in this thread, why ?

I'm not upset I just find it curious that people have a certain preconception of her.

As someone who has followed her for a long time now I know a lot of these preconceptions of her are not true and I just think it is interesting to try and understand why they think that way.

I also do find it frustrating that any female that expresses an opinion has to endure a barrage of shallow criticisms.

I LOVE her album, and I like her outspoken nature. BUT re: "music should be separated from image"

It's funny that those are the two of the first images we ever saw of Lorde. The second pic with her and the dog was the very first she released.

I love how everybody gets all mad about a 16 year old girl stating her opinion. All of you do that on this forum and nobody gives you **** for it. Sit the fuq down and let the girl do her thing. If people weren't interested in her, she wouldn't be #1 on itunes. You are allowed to have an opinion as long as it doesn't sound like you're a total b---h, so please.

why is she still relevant ? idk why but it seems like a lot of people on here care about her opinions on other ? hate or like as Gaga said, she can jsut politely ****ing sit down, smile and clap her hands.

 

And also she can sit down because shes only 16, and from NZ ? idk, and her talent has limit.
