The intro is different, and so is the outro, but that's pretty noticeable when you pay attention, there are also additional sounds in Sexodus, right after the second verse for example, and other pretty minor instrumental differences. Just like many artists include in their albums remixes for their songs that are identical to the original songs but with additional verse from a rapper, she decided to include an alternate version of the songs.
