It started off because I wasn't sure about the title "The Born This Way Ball" and I thought about how sad it was that The Monster Ball was ending because it was such a magical and special tour. Then I thought, what if it just never finished and carried out, but was changed and updated for every new album. So it would be like different albums were different legs of the tour.
