Make some wings out of cardboard and put them on the person in the bath, similarly to this. Make sure they stand still throughout the performance. If you wanted to make it more realistic you can put some fairy lights on the wings and get someone to switch them on and off, so it looks like the fire burning. No but in all seriousness, your gonna have a hard time copying that prop without a lot of money and effort, not worth the hassle for one performance.
