I am a Miley fan but I really found it hard to listen to the album, I couldn't find any cohesion in the message of the album, and the songs are boring. Maybe it will grow on me, but tbh Something Beautiful never did either. I haven't enjoyed an album from her since Endless Summer Vacation. 

I was into it for a few songs, but then it all just kinda blended together and I wasn't able to listen through most songs in full. Love her though and there are some good sounds on the album haha

I expected Plastic Hearts levels of quality. This is SB/ESV rejects. Her vocal performance is also very rough at times.

I’ve listened to the album several times & it all feels so undercooked. I adore Let’s Get Married & Orbit. It also sounds like anyone could’ve put out these songs. I absolutely adored the production on Something Beautiful but on this album it feels like no one wanted to be there. I will never deny her talent and I’m not trying to be a hater. I’m just really struggling to get into this project.

I don’t know what yall are expecting from her. Her albums are cute, visuals are stylish, voice is unique, production is interesting enough. I’m glad she keeps a wide range in her projects. Some hit, others grow. For 10 albums, her catalog has bulk for whatever you’re looking for. Even with whiplash track lists, overall she is consistent.
