dead dance is a masterpiece that will age like fine wine, and on every Halloween will always have a change to make a comeback 

Need Someone wasn't my personal preferred winner (the South Park song was), but it's still a beautiful song. 

But you also need to remember that this is the Emmys. It's not a music award. Part of the consideration for a winner is the way in which a song impacts or is used within the media that it's associated with. Need Someone is used to spectacular effect in The Pitt.

I agree with you. Im not surprised it didn’t win because of how it was received but I still listen and enjoy it. And yeah, a Halloween staple going forward.
