Rep has some high points but it also has some absolute dross

I used to enjoy both equally. 1989 is more consistently great, while reputation has higher highs and lower lows.

I'll pick reputation only because it was more creative/"risky" and was some kind of response to how the media portrayed her.

1989 is a very well put together album

Reputation has very good tracks, but the album itself is a little messy 

I used to love them both, but nowadays I only listen to a couple of tracks here and there

But tbh Getaway Car, Delicate, Dress, etc. kind of clear it for me

I'm going to commit heresy and say that both are in my bottom four Taylor Swift albums.

1989 is much, much better than Reputation, however.
