Just awful. Attacks like this will continue to happen as long as the left refuses to address the growing Islamic extremism problem.

As LGBT people, we literally had to fight the Christians for our rights. And now that Christianity is finally dying out in the West, we have to deal with an even more conservative and violent religion attacking us. And we’re supposed to stay silent? Hell no.

seeing who the attacker was, sometimes i wonder if my step-father, who's muslim, is one of the small amount out there that's truly accepting.

what a heartbreaking thing to hear about.  i wish the families of the victims nothing but peace and those who were injured a successful recovery.

But the attacker was not AfD. He’s a Muslim. No need to sugarcoat. Had he been a Christian, no one would’ve had a problem pointing that out. Not sure why so many in the LGBT community are so hesitant to criticize Islam, when they are quite literally killing us.

I get what you are saying, but at the end of the day all bigotry is intertwined. It's all religious extremism regardless of who does it. Whether the extremists want to believe it or not, all these things feed into each other.

Correct, but unlike you (someone with obvious and insidious ulterior motives) most of us can categorically call out religious extremist violence without denouncing the entire group. I remember you, repeatedly, saying settler pogroms on the West Bank were “complicated” (they’re not, they’re acts of religious based ethnonationalistic terrorism), yet here, you gleefully label the entirety of Islam as violent. If someone had said what you’ve said about Muslims in this thread about Jews, you’d (rightfully) label them an antisemite and yet, here you are, being a bigoted hypocrite.
