Jill 31,812 Posted July 19 Share Posted July 19 I will just say this: it's amazing and kind of unbelieavable how so-called "progressives" turn on oppressed and poor nations just because Twitter and other social media told them to do so, to the point of supporting their rivals just out of pure spite, and opining on their history without knowing it at all. They are all very supportive of their competitors, they show a lot of sportsmanship and their crowds are always very friendly. They respect everyone so much they even imitate cute animals. They're always describing their neighbour countries with loving words and they treat everyone so well when they travel there. I also can't understand why people get so angry at them, we all should be rooting for the latin, African and colonized countries just like Argentina always does, too. I'm opining on their history because I know it all. Like all countries in Latin American, Argentina is also being manipulated by the Trumo adminsitration and American interests. The wild thing to me is that everyone criticizes Argentina and generalizes that into the whole country instead of criticizing the actual source of the problems. But I don't expect a fine study coming from liberals. I do expect however the arrogance of saying that one dedicates "their life to studying geopolitics" while doing the exact opposite of what they claim to do. Former First Lady of the United States. And if the global north are being arrogant to them and the global south is not showing up for support, that's a symptom of something that maybe you're not grasping. Maybe ask a Brazilian, a Chilean, a Mexican, what they think and how they have felt for decades about Argentina. It's nothing new, maybe it just became more evident for people out of the loop now. I'm literally a communist from Brasil and if there's one thing I know, is to find the root of the problem to criticize and think of new ways of transforming reality.
