I hated BB when it came out, but have grown to like it. It's a good album to listen to when you're up at 5am and still sleepy (complimentary). That's usually the only time I listen to it, though.

Tbh Adele has always come across a little lazy to me but i say that not in a bad way cuz its a trait we share

Ever since Adele blew up, she's just been treating music as a job and only returns once in a blue moon. If she's barely singing, that tells you how far away she is from that world now. I don't know if she's fine with fading away and having her music no longer be relevant but I'm just glad she's not overexposed like she was back in 2011. That felt like going mad. She was just everywhere you looked and listened all the time. And honestly, I think that was the kiss of death for her career. She knew she was never going to be that big again and it caused her to retreat.

I logged in just to respond to this because this comment is crazy. 30 is her best album.

Adele writes her own music. She said that she needs to experience life to create new material - it's just her process as an artist (similar to Gaga). I don't think she's retreated at all and she has nothing else to prove. If she dropped an album tomorrow, it would open with a #1 single and 500K+ units first week easily.
