I'd repeat the 'Black Jesus, Black Jesus, Black Jesus' before 'Jesus is the new black, OW!' one time whilst it goes a little faster and maybe add a rising sound... bxr 2,126 Posted June 30 Share Posted June 30 This feels like an interlude between Killah/Zombieboy and … maybe … Shadow of a Man … ? … if Mayhem had a sort of Requiem Wake mid-tempo live set … the percussion is undercurrent bonafide vertebrae … feels very Tosh-catto … elements of TRV$DJAM / Fix Your Face surfaced there as well … co-sign PSYCHOSHTICK on the levels, vocals but also across the board … this also feels like live instrumentation (drums for sure, synths, guitar (, bass?)) would level it up and out … and, just a neither here nor there, but for the sake of the subplot mention: the “unpunishable/blackjesusmayhem“ … an allusion Not sure if any of the aforementioned made sense, but/so thanks for sharing! 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

The lights would flash from purple to green to purple to green as a transition. Super sick. If there was a reverb and hard delay of the “black Jesus, black Jesus, black Jesus” etc. part at the end then she goes KILLAH. It’s almost the exact tempo of Killah too.
