StrawberryBlond 15,555
As you can see by her opening stats over time, she always does better with official "lead" singles. She's confirmed that Bandaids and Let It Burn are droplets so her fans aren't supporting them the same. They want to support what they know is definitely the beginning of a new era. This is why I feel Katy's doing it all wrong with these droplet rollouts. I don't think it's as simple as YouTube isn't as popular. You only need to see the views and likes of DWAS within a short space of time or any song from Taylor, Harry, Billie, Bad Bunny or kpop acts. If it's a hit and there's supportive fans, these songs will perform well on the platform.

At this point people really need to acknowledge she is not MPG anymore. This is a khia territory. And not like she hasn't been getting too many chances to prove she isn't anyway is this her mayhem. era ? cute song though. retrosexual123 1,118
For me at least, she’s lost all credibility as a MPG let alone artist… The song’s alright… but still a manufactured pop song written by Justin Tranter (who shaded Gaga btw) who is arguably the cheapest pop song writer people go to when they are desperate for an easy hit…
princedeeblebleble 3,605
I mean it's an outdated song with a jesusy ending which probs made a lot of her target audience not wanna watch the vid again. Like the beginning is really great, the rest however was CRINGE like where's the dark humour, her getting ready in the car wash?! WHATS FUNNY ABOUT THAT EARLY 2000S getting ready scene?!
