Jack3257 858
Gaga’s performance skills are arguably at their peak right now. I feel like the GP also recently had a major spike in interest in her. How would you feel about a new residency (or possibly tour) that was not associated with an album? While Enigma wasn’t the best show, I liked how Gaga had freedom to include whatever she wanted on the setlist without being tied to a specific album (so we got songs like Government Hooker and Aura). I feel like with her back catalogue more popular than it’s ever been in the streaming era, this would be the perfect time for her to revisit some of her past music. It is also quite apparent that Gaga is more passionate about her pop music than she’s been in years. I could see it being incredibly powerful for her to revisit albums like ARTPOP and Chromatica in the much healthier place she is now than their original eras. I feel like right now this type of show would be way more plausible in Vegas (or maybe a residency tour, maybe add strings of theater runs in places like NYC and London), but would also love to see it with arenas or even stadiums. Personally, I would love to see Gaga do an Eras Tour-type show. Each of her albums has such as distinct identity that it would be really cool to see this type of concept with her. What do you all think, and what would you like to see Gaga do if she did another show that wasn’t focused on a specific album?
