Debithius 6,051
Did any of you ever imagine that Gaga would become such a streaming force? I think her catalog resurgence started before Boody Mary, I'd argue it began after she won the oscar for Shallow, a whole new generation started discovering her music and longtime fans revisited her classics thanks to the Bradly x Gaga situation but also TikTok of course.. But then Die With a Smile released in 2024 and it really took things to another level. Gaga has since then remained in the top 10 most streamed artists globally for nearly two straight years without falling out of the top 10 once. She even became the most streamed female artist ever, reaching 123.7 million monthly listeners and peaking at #2 overall. And then there's Die With a Smile itself, the song has stayed on Spotify's Global Top 50 for almost two years without ever leaving the chart. What's even more impressive is that the majority of that run was spent inside the top 10, with 201 days at number 1, thats just insane. Even today, it's still charting around the Top 20–30 range globally and doesn't seem to leave anytime soon. The longevity is honestly unbelievable and if you would've told me this back in 2014 - 2020 I wouldn't have believed you at all. In an era where most hits disappear within a few months, Gaga and Bruno both have managed to turn one song into a genuine streaming giant while simultaneously revitalizing her entire catalog. That's an achievement very few artists have ever pulled off and I am so proud of her. 1 8 1 2
NightcallSmile 69
She has a lot of streaming momentum. It's been basically on incline since ASIB, with the success of those songs on streaming, followed by Chromatica's very big debut. Then Bloody Mary went viral and from that moment on her catalogue has been growing and growing. Mayhem was also her strongest streaming performance in the streaming era, how it performed as a whole. I think if she plays her cards right and soon-ish with LG8 she could explode in streaming even more.

Creyk 18,560
It was well-documented that Abracadabra reignited interest in her back catalouge and gave her an overall discography boost that extended to album tracks. That's what happens when you serve true excellence. Imagine if she didn't cheap out on the album and delivered 15 songs on that level, the boost would be even more profound. Sadly she just had to go and include subpar material like Killah and Shadow of a man.
Starmie25 22,437
Tiktok really had some huge impact on her streaming, which has been incredible to watch. I also like that it's mainly her pop/electronic (sans ARTPOP) material that is constantly used on tiktok. Don't get it twisted though both "Shallow" and "Always Remember Alice This Way" are still in their own laign. The same way you don't have 8 Bad Romances on TFM or 15 Bloody Marys on BTW. 9

One last thing: are we forgetting that a huge part of Abra’s success was its reach due to cross promotion? It’s not like folks just found it, it was the only song on the album that was piped into the homes of 16M people as soon as it came out lol. It’s definitely impressive and speaks to the quality of the song that she was able to retain a decent chunk of that audience, but nothing else on MAYHEM was given that level of exposure, so it’s not totally shocking that Abra is one of the outliers on the album in that regard Edited 10 hours ago by Ladle Ghoulash We have forgotten our public MANNERS
