Look at the points between Ella and Olivia. If Stupid Song had one more version released during this week like acoustic, piano or instrumental etc. it'd have been above the Texas song, she has done this with Drop Dead and Ariana with her lead single too. Taylor obviously waited for those CDs to ship this week, just like she did with the Tortured Poets web CDs she had, they were always shipping at strategic weeks to continue at #1.

its so funny how taylor is obsessed with charts because the more she manipulates it the more she proves how meaningless they actually are 😭. now #1 on the charts is just who is able to be the most shameless and almost break the rules the most (which is always taylor because she is the most shameless and desperate person in the industry.) its not an indication of a hit, talent, songwriting ability, production, vocal ability, etc. i know charts have always been subject to some manipulation but like it genuinely means nothing now

you can even see how little they mean now in taylors own discography i mean pretty much all of her #1s that were pre evermore are legitimate hits that the average person knows. but now the average person is completely unaware of whatever record breaking cringefest of a song she put on midnights, ttpd, or tlas its so embarrassing. when all of the songs from your album are in the top 10 of a chart on release day it literally cannot be that they are all hits, it's just that you were able to manipulate the charts the best
