FfFfFfFF 58,133 Posted June 5 Share Posted June 5 An alert has been issued in Romanian city of Constanța, where an explosion involving a maritime drone was reported. The incident occurred near berths 77–78 in the Port of Constanța, and authorities activated the Red Intervention Plan. According to initial information, there are no casualties. Romania's Ministry of National Defence (MApN) announced that the drone was "of a type used in the war in Ukraine," and the case is being investigated by the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Constanța Court of Appeal. A Ro-Alert emergency warning was issued in the port area, advising people to seek shelter. President Nicușor Dan stated that law enforcement and security agencies acted promptly and evacuated the area as a precaution before the explosion.
