Listened to it on Friday night and again this morning, and I really like it! Some elements feel nostalgic to their earlier music, and yet, it still feels fresh and cool! Amy still sounds amazing and I love how loud the instrumentals are! Also, I like that this is a response to the current political situations in the USA/the bands reaction to the election. Lol the actual album cover is so hideous that I needed to look up one of her recent photoshoots on google, edit a pic & use it as replacement art lol. I do that with so many albums tbh. That’s just the last 23 seconds of Rapture, so it is easier to listen to on a loop over & over People frequently throw around the word “neurodivergent” on here, but do they chop up/stitch together/omit sections of songs they like, in order to listen to them more obsessively (choruses, outros, etc)?
