NemoMyName 2,018
Also congratulations to Amy Lee for pulling a Die With A Smile in this album with Afterlife, after telling the press the song won't be part of the album, it made the final tracklist. MaybeKermit 5,183
Not meaning it in a bad way, since I’m not a fan or anything, saw the thread and clicked on it + listened to some of the videos u guys posted, and it all sounds exactly the same to me + can’t see any sifference with their old iconic tracks …? is this a genre thing where every album is the same sound?

Tourniquet is my favourite Evanescence song responding to all your comments: fair review, I kind of wondered about the Ben Moody thing there's something going on. Sanctuary for me is on par with S/T (which I rate about a low B as well), the singles carry. though I put The Open Door up with Fallen

I think this one is a conscious attempt to recreate some of that original sound

Keeo 529
It’s amazing how crisp and clear everything sounds compared to the mud that was The Bitter Truth. It was a bit same-ey on first listen but man, did it grow! I’m currently obsessed. I don’t know where I’ll rank it yet, but I have a feeling it will be in my top 3 once the novelty wears off. Amy Lee was always one of my fav singers. I’m so glad she’s still putting out incredible work 23+ years later. 2

NUTELLA 24,081 Posted yesterday at 05:27 AM Share Posted yesterday at 05:27 AM Who Will You Follow has had insane replay value over the past couple months. The outro of Rapture had me titillated & Wide Open Heart was a showstopper... but her vocals on How Do I Heal are just so beautiful
