This is interesting, but how does that map onto the rest of the chorus? Like who is the “I’ve been feeling this familiar feeling like I’ve known you my whole life” directed towards? I always saw the power negotiation of “I know you want this more than I do, so I’m not fully committing” of the weekend/night section as being directed at one guy and it’s her playing coy about the fact that she’s actually really into him, but is playing the bad girl (hence the reveal/vulnerability on the familiar feeling section).
