It's cute, I like it. I'm surprised by the "darker"/spookier aesthetics of the lyric video because it doesn't seem congruent with the other aesthetics of the era.

The song's more interesting when you think about it from the perspective of her to her fans  That's just a random thought I had while listening to it

Ah. Heavier synth would have slapped. The song is a vibe and her voice sounds great, but imagine the synth bouncing throughout the song more prevalent and the song would have more standing, rn I don't really know where it's going, but that's also a problem of listening to one song out of context from the rest of the album. Let's seeeeee, only recently got into her music, so I'm curious to see where it's going 🥰

I don't like it, it sounds very monotone from the instrumental to her vocal delivery. It lacks Ariana's signature harmonies and vocal acrobatics and on top of that some of these rhymes are no rhyming. It's underwhelming in a sense that I know what she's capable of but also I don't think I'd like the song if it was by someone else.
