Even if the dog has seen a gun fire before and it had some rudimentary level of understanding it could be dangerous as a result, there is no way it would know his movements were going to trigger it

 

I cant tell if ur joking or serious but if ur serious, animals cannot be held responsible for actions beyond their understanding. This is fully on the owner.

 

This situation once again proves that humans while the most intelligent species or Earth, we simultaneously manage to also be the stupidest .

 

Animals dont understand certain things, we outright chose not to (or care) willfully. Thats an IQ of 0 on the Wisdom index   (i made that up, but its the equivalent of IQ but for wisdom instead of intelligence)
