I don't really understand the problem people are having with what he is saying. I think people need to separate Jack from Taylor. This is something said in the context of Bleachers, which are still prominently performing in smaller venues and festivals. He never let go of the music festival he would run, Shadow of the City, where he always used to lift up smaller artists in a general admission venue - I used to go to it every year when I still lived in Jersey. https://shadowofthe.city/

Did you even read the comments? No one is mad about the "music not the bling" part. People are just calling him out for the hypocrisy of saying that while working with THE artist who is very much obsessed with charts and who will always put success over art
