It's absurdity piled upon nonsense at this stage. My heart goes out to all American LM's and the millions of decent Americans in general. I hope the elections go well in November. The Democrats are no bargain, but if they can get control of the House at a minimum, things should at least improve.

I doubt they coukd win 2028 at this point anyway but could affect some seats anyway

Not sure if this is the right place to put it, but two of the officers who were assaulted on January 6th are now suing to block this "lawfare" fund. I sincerely hope that if there is any sense of justice left in this country (and arguably -- there never has been!) that this lawsuit and maneuvers by Congress can give this money back to the f*cking Treasury/appropriate DOJ funds.
