I might watch this for real, it seems interesting. I wonder if some of the main characters will make an appearance, I doubt it though. But Leon Kennedy in a live action movie would have me sat.

I don't think so. The director said there won't be any characters from the game and that it's an original story with original characters, but it takes place during the Raccoon City incident, not in 1998, but in the present day.

I think and hope that it will be really good. Call me a RE purist but I'm skeptical about Cregger setting the Raccoon City outbreak in Winter and it looks closer to modern day. That will have to grow on me.

Thought so, probably for the best too. I'm interesting to see where it goes then.
