His entire presidency has basically been a grift, he's been making billions by using "the voice of the president" to manipulate markets. After his last primetime speech though the markets didn't move which meant they were being immunized from his deranged rhetoric. He had to escalate to get them to move again. Stoke the fears of all out war, watch as the markets tumble, buy up all the stock he and his billionaire butt buddies can get, pull a TACO and say "lol jk", the market recovers, sell the stock at a profit. It's disgusting. The real fear is that once he realizes that scam won't work forever he simply won't care who dies.
