PartySick 168,789 Posted 12 hours ago Share Posted 12 hours ago I was not aware there was so much love for DCT's bridge I picked ARTPOP which, at the time, seemed like the obvious answer until I saw the poll tied ARTPOP's bridge is so ethereal and mystical sounding! I always imagine her in that big ass wig, eyes closed, smiling while she sings it, simultaneously being incredibly sincere about how you need light and awareness to express yourself but also being whimsical, ending up laughing at herself for being so damn serious. As someone who spends a lot of time reflecting, I find that self awareness, acceptance, and expression are confusing, kinetic, and powerful things. Truly, ARTPOP could mean anything DCT is just..."you're driving home jamming to your favorite song but LOL that person called and now you're stressed!"
